A new podcast shines a light on the students that make the Norwich community special.

We are excited to launch "The Norwich Effect," a new podcast from Norwich University that highlights what truly defines our community: students who bring drive, resilience, and purpose to their work every day. Through honest conversations and personal stories, this podcast gives you a firsthand look at the Norwich experience — told by the people living it.

Each episode features a current student who’s taking full advantage of the opportunities here. Hear from cadets & civilian students, future engineers, cybersecurity specialists, athletes, artists, and leaders across campus.

Discover growth in action: students solving problems in labs, leading teams on the field, and testing ideas in the classroom — all while a close-knit community challenges them and offers real support.

"The Norwich Effect" also highlights the small but meaningful moments students often remember most — the mentor who challenged them, the team that pulled through, and the point where they realized they were capable of more than they expected.

Each episode brings fresh insight and authentic perspective. For prospective students, it is a chance to go beyond the brochure and hear directly from those who chose Norwich and carry its values into everything they do. You will get a sense of the energy on campus, the relationships that make a difference, and the opportunities that help students move toward who they want to become.

We’re proud to share these stories that reflect the spirit of Norwich: students who are focused, motivated, and ready for what’s ahead.
