Cleaning out your closet? Donate to Norwich’s Dressing for Success!

If your New Year resolution is to clean out or pare down your wardrobe, consider donating your business wear to Dressing for Success. An initiative of Women Kicking Glass, the third annual event provides students with donated business attire free of charge to prepare them for internship and job interviews, and professional social events. Last year more than 380 students left the event with new outfits! The third annual Dressing for Success will take place on Monday-Tuesday, February 9-10 in Plumley Armory.

Organizers are in need of suits, dresses, shirts, ties, blouses, slacks, trousers, and accessories in good condition — no casual wear, please. Donations can be dropped off by Jan. 31 at any Norwich club event or on the 4th floor of Jackman Hall, or mailed to Norwich University, c/o Diane Scolaro, 158 Harmon Dr., Northfield, VT 05651, by Friday, Jan. 30. Please contact Diane Scolaro at dscolaro@norwich.edu for information about drop-off locations outside of Vermont. Donation receipts for tax purposes are available upon request.
