Consumer Information Related to Student Outcomes
Norwich University gives students several options for filing complaints and grievances, depending on the context of the situation and the student’s lifestyle.
Students are requested to work with, and try to resolve any dispute or grievance with, the people or office(s) most closely involved. If that step does not produce an acceptable outcome, the student is advised to work with the senior executive or Provost Cabinet member, or their designee in that department.
Students who have complaints relating to grades, please review the process in the catalog to appeal grades. For other concerns related to academics, please review the Academic Petitions section of the catalog for grievance procedures.
For students who have unresolved complaints relating to academic matters, please contact Academic Affairs / the Provost’s Office.
