Norwich alum Erik R. Soykan selected as the Executive Director of Operations for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Operations

Soykan is a Norwich University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and retired Commander with the U.S. Navy Reserve.
