NEW ORLEANS — Norwich University’s men’s rugby team will continue pursuing its first national championship this weekend in New Orleans when it competes in the 2022 National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) CRC 7s National Championships.

Merging of Modern Language and English and Communications departments will promote interdisciplinary learning, dean says

Norwich University’s devotion to interdisciplinary learning will take another step forward this fall with the introduction of the Department of Global Humanities.

Maymester students see the sights, taste the cuisine in trip abroad

EDITOR’S NOTE: Here’s a virtual postcard from the 2022 Maymester in Germany, a three-week excursion that gives Norwich University students a concentrated study-away experience. For some students, Maymester will be a prelude to a full semester abroad.

W e have done several very interesting things in our first two weeks.  First, we were given a guided tour from one of the professors at CityLab:Berlin in Germany.  He told us about the history of Berlin and the many good and bad times in the city. Most impressive was the Brandenberg Gate, its history, going back to before Napoleon, the Third Reich, Joseph Stalin, and the Berlin Wall.

NORTHFIELD, Vt. — Norwich University’s College of Graduate and Continuing Studies is proud to welcome Major General Bryan Watson (USA, Retired, USMA 1982), as the 2022 Residency Conference keynote and Todd Lecture Series speaker at 7 p.m. June 22 in Mack Hall Auditorium for a talk on “The Role of Trust in Leading Teams in Crisis.”

NORTHFIELD, Vt. —

Norwich University will receive $4 million in federal funding to create an artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and quantum computing academic and experiential learning center.
