The fall 2021 semester’s sounds and sights are echoing across Norwich University’s campus. Clashing shoulder pads and tweeting coaches’ whistles have brought Sabine Field at Haynes Family Stadium to life.

Receptions for families of rooks, civilian students will accompany welcomes

Buildings stand ready, lawns are mowed, signs are getting posted and events are planned. A big weekend featuring Rook Arrival Day will continue Norwich University’s march toward the 2021-22 academic year.

Group aims to leverage social media to forge connections among students of every sort

The coming semester offers a fresh start both in academics, with new books and professors, and socially, with many new faces. The Student Government Association’s leaders want to unify peers so long separated by the coronavirus pandemic.

Men’s hockey player Gabriel Chicoine on Wednesday earned College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-American honors for the second straight year, becoming just the third Norwich University student-athlete to earn the honor more than once.
