The Norwich Women’s Ice Hockey team erupted offensively Saturday afternoon in an 8-0 shutout of Salem State for their ninth straight win, locking up first place in the New England Hockey Conference (NEHC).
C/CSM Thoren Berg ’25 has been selected by the Association of Military Colleges & Schools of the United States (AMCSUS) as the recipient of the Leadership Award and a $1,000 scholarship. A combination of his character and service alongside his academic and athletic performances led to this honor.
LtGen John Broadmeadow, USMC (Ret), 25th President of Norwich University, will be honored with the ceremonial puck drop prior to the game against the University of Southern Maine.
While on campus, he was honored by conducting a ceremonial puck drop during the men’s hockey intrastate rivalry game between the Norwich University Cadets and visiting Vermont State University – Castleton Spartans.
