A delegation of the Army and the Ministry of Defense headed by Chief of Staff, Major General Sashko Lafchiski, met Monday at Norwich University with the Governor of Vermont, Phil Scott, as part of their visit to Vermont, the United States.
Incoming student Emily Bolanos will enter Norwich University this fall, where she will join the Navy ROTC Nursing program, working to become a member of the Naval Nurse Corps.
