Morgan Voda, MSN, RN, began teaching clinical as an adjunct faculty member at Norwich University in 2023 and transitioned into the role of lecturer after earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Norwich in 2024. Since graduating with her undergraduate degree in 2018, she has worked in a variety of healthcare specialties and settings. Her clinical background is primarily in women's health, postpartum, and labor and delivery. She currently practices as a labor and delivery nurse at Central Vermont Medical Center.

Voda is passionate about supporting students as they develop into confident, compassionate nurses. She enjoys creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building their clinical skills, and growing both in the classroom and during clinical experiences.
