About
Molly Little, MSN, RN, OCN, began her teaching career at Norwich in 2022 as a clinical instructor and transitioned to a full-time lecturer role in 2025. Her clinical nursing experience spans a variety of healthcare settings and specialties, providing her with a broad foundation that informs her approach to nursing education.
She began her registered nursing career in long-term care before transitioning to primary care and inpatient medical-surgical nursing. She later specialized in inpatient hematology and oncology nursing before moving to the outpatient setting in radiation oncology. Her extensive oncology experience led her to earn board certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN).
Little is a graduate of Norwich University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 and returned to Norwich to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. Her academic and clinical experiences contribute to her commitment to preparing nursing students for safe, compassionate, evidence-based practice. Her teaching draws upon her diverse clinical background and emphasizes the development of clinical judgment, professional nursing practice, and patient-centered care.
