A weekend for us to celebrate our time together from 1972 – 1976 at the school that built us during our formative years while on campus.
Norwich University, Queen of the hills and mountains of green, plans to roll out the red carpet and host the Class of 1976 this October 14-18, 2026. You are a very important part of our class and a key contributor to the success of our “Big 5-0” celebration. Your reunion committee is planning a special weekend and we are hopeful that you will come back to NU for this milestone reunion.
Most importantly, it is a time to reflect on the 4 years of trials and tribulations that we all experienced together from 1972 to 1976. I think you will all agree that since graduation not a day passes that we recall some classroom or campus event that has imparted an indelible positive aspect on our life and career. We owe this inspiration to our alma mater. Those four years at Norwich made us who we are today. The words “Norwich Forever” are not just the beginning to our school’s anthem, it’s our commitment to its future. Now is the time to help pay it forward for ongoing Norwich generations by helping to endow our Class of 1976 gift.
Whether you have been a frequent visitor over the years to the Hill or not, please plan to come back and share in our 50 years as newly minted “Old Guard” alumni. We cannot wait to celebrate with you and share many memories of our time at Norwich; memories that fade not through the changing years.
We look forward to seeing you this October when we will laugh often and much, reminisce from Rook Week to graduation day.

2025 Alumni Awards
The NUAA Alumni Awards will be presented during the Alumni Parade on Saturday morning, September 20. Be sure to see classmate George Bowne receive the Sustained Service Award! Also, Peter Pomponi will be receiving the NU2NU award.
Athletic Hall of Fame inductees will be honored at the Induction Brunch on Sunday, September 21. Attend the brunch to see Peter Cornish (skiing) and the 1975 Men’s Lacrosse Team be honored.
