About
Aliza Socinski, M.S.N., R.N., CNEn, graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2017 and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in nursing education in May 2023. She began her time at Norwich as the Clinical Placement Coordinator in 2022, where she handles all clinical placements for all undergraduate nursing students. Professor Socinski loves being back at her alma mater teaching in the classrooms she once was a student in.
Her time in bedside nursing focused on labor and delivery, pediatrics, NICU, and pediatric high-tech home health. As an educator, Professor Socinski actively teaches pediatric nursing and contributes to the pediatric simulation experience. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in the nurse education track at the University of Alabama and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society.
Professor Socinski’s professional interests focus on developing innovative and creative clinical placement models and collaborating with community partners to expand and diversify clinical opportunities.
