Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

In spring 2019, we hosted Norwich University’s inaugural LEAP (Leadership. Education. Advocacy. Prevention.) Week. LEAP Week featured a range of programming to raise awareness, educate our campus community, and empower change in the areas of dating violence, acceptance, and inclusion of all. The week ended strong with a One Love 5K, with all proceeds donated to the One Love Foundation, as well as a local organization, CIRCLE, in support of raising awareness about and ending relationship violence. To learn more about our office, LEAP, and One Love, tune into this podcast.

Norwich University is committed to creating and maintaining a community in which all persons who participate in university programs and activities can work and/or learn together in an atmosphere free of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking, and discrimination.

The university does not tolerate such forms of misconduct. It is the intention of the university to take prompt and equitable action to prevent the recurrence of behaviors that violate this policy.
