NORWICH RECORD | Summer 2020

What a difference a pandem¬ic makes. John Hardee ’24 leaves the 57th Street Subway Station on a trip to Manhat¬tan over Spring Break. The first-year cadet and area resident traveled to Midtown to catch an NUCC Regi¬mental Band performance at Carne¬gie Hall later that evening. For Hardee, it would be his last get-to¬gether with Norwich friends for the foreseeable future. Just a few days later, Norwich announced that cam¬pus would close for the semester and classes would resume online.
