Anarumo updates the Norwich community on the recognition of rooks in the Corps of Cadets, on the Class of 2022’s junior ring distribution and fall celebrations and the university’s plans for in-person Commencement and Joint Commissioning ceremonies for the Class of 2021 in keeping with Vermont health and safety guidelines.
