Throughout October, the Career and Internship Center will offer career-oriented virtual sessions to let Norwich students explore possible career opportunities.
Each week will focus on a diverse set of industries and will feature industry-specific programming to include résumé writing, virtual recruiting prep/interviewing, industry panels and employer spotlights. Virtual recruiting events on Thursdays will highlight each Careerpalooza week.

“Many companies are still hiring during the pandemic and looking for great talent,” Norwich University Career and Internship Center Associate Director Meghan Oliver said last month. “This virtual recruiting event will help connect our great students and new grads with employers in a simple and meaningful way.”
Here’s a look at Thursday’s presentations and companies.
Aon Intellectual Property Solutions, 2 to 3 p.m.: Aon’s Intellectual Property Solutions will present Life of IP with Aon. Aon Intellectual Property Solutions provides consulting and expert testimony on the technology underlying patent litigation, copyright, trade secret misappropriation and other intellectual property matters. Edward Jones, 4 to 5 p.m. Financial services company Edward Jones, which serves more than 7 million clients in their home communities, will hold a service and operations information session. JPMorgan Chase, 5 to 6 p.m. JPMorgan Chase, a global financial services firm, will present its internal audit summer analyst program webinar. The company has $2.4 trillion in assets, operates in more than 60 countries, has more than 240,000 employees. Wycliffe, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wycliffe Bible Translators, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, includes linguistics and literacy specialists, information technology professionals, educators, managers, pilots, doctors and accountants on its team.
