NORTHFIELD, Vt. — Norwich University’s College of Graduate and Continuing Studies’ (CGCS) continuing and professional education organization, Norwich Pro®, announced two new online certificate programs — artificial intelligence and mental toughness — that are set to start in September 2020.
“As part of Norwich’s ongoing commitment of developing forward-thinking academic opportunities, I look forward to the personal and professional growth that the artificial intelligence and mental toughness programs can provide to students,” CGCS Vice President and Dean Bill Clements said.
Reinforcing Norwich’s over 200-year history of rigorous programs, Norwich Pro’s online Artificial Intelligence certificate program boasts courses covering the revolutionary technologies shaping the future of work and business. The courses, designed for everyone from students to public and private sector organizational leaders, offer a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence. Topics covered range from the introduction and examination of essential facts and misconceptions to the foundational concepts and specialized training in artificial intelligence technologies, platforms and infrastructure.
Norwich Pro is hosting a free webinar, Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for the New Normal, from 2 to 3 p.m. July 28, 2020, to examine how artificial intelligence changes daily business processes. Please register through GoToWebinar.

Leaders and managers in government, nongovernment or private sector industries, including academia, business, military, emergency services, corporate leadership and athletics, can use the mental toughness skill set to reduce and resolve negative responses in their industry.
