NORTHFIELD, Vt. and RESTON, Va. – Rosoka Software and Norwich University today announced a partnership for the creation and implementation of the Rosoka Associate Operator and Rosoka Expert Operator Certification. The online training program and certification exam will be offered beginning in October 2019 through Norwich University’s Continuing and Professional Education division, Norwich Pro.
Rosoka Software develops software for the extraction and analysis of unstructured data, regardless of the source language or document type. These products were developed for cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments and are designed to be multilingual with over 200 languages, scalable to handle data demands and portable with the ability to process consistent results from most agency standard operating systems. The technology is based on natural language processing, linguistic rules and algorithms to provide named entity extraction, relationship analysis, enhanced geospatial mapping and text analytics. Rosoka’s use cases for federal agencies include automated identification, discovery, monitoring and enforcement; assessing sentiment and behavior; and predicting or persuading desired outcomes or results.
“I appreciate working with the Norwich Pro team and look forward to utilizing them to provide secondary knowledge engineering and customization training for new customers,” Rosoka Founder and CEO Gregory Roberts said.
“We are pleased and excited to offer training and certification to Rosoka clients. It is a great opportunity for folks to not only become proficient in understanding and utilizing the software, but to add a credential to their résumé that indicates their expertise,” Norwich University Director of Continuing and Professional Education Kristen Pedersen said.
