Each spring, students at Norwich University get together to throw colored powered to celebrate Holi, the Hindu festival of colors and love. The event is organized by the NU Intercultural Student Organization (ICO) as a fundraiser. The ICO is open to all students and scholars, international and domestic, civilian and corps, at Norwich University.
