If a student’s official transcript is not yet available (i.e., requested before June 1, 2020), an official memo can be sent directly to the third party requesting degree verification. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include the student’s name ID and note “request for degree completion memo.” Also include the third party’s contact information, including the name of the party who is requesting confirmation and either that party’s email or postal mailing address.
