PLEASE NOTE: Norwich University has no known cases of coronavirus on campus at this time. All spring semester courses will be remote effective Monday, March 23, 2020.

At this time, Norwich University is open for regular operations and all employees are expected to report to work as normal.

If you are sick:

• Stay home and follow normal call out procedures to report your absence to your supervisor
• Contact your medical provider for further instructions

If your medical provider advises you to self-isolate, quarantines you, or determines that you have been exposed to COVID-19 (the coronavirus):

• Contact Human Resources (802) 485-2075 – HR is tracking all work hours lost or impacted by the coronavirus

• If you can potentially perform your job remotely, HR will contact your supervisor to coordinate this arrangement
• If you work from home, track the hours you work and enter them into eTime (if necessary, email them to your supervisor who will approve and forward them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
• Once your medical provider clears you to return to work, provide this documentation to HR in Jackman Hall, or at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or faxed to (802) 485-2090

If you or a household member (someone living in your house) is immunocompromised, contact HR at (802) 485-2075 to discuss your situation.
