David joined our department in 2017 as our Criminal Justice Internship Coordinator and adjunct faculty. Prior to his arrival, David spent 25+ years as a United States Probation Officer supervising Federal offenders and specializing in substance abuse and mental health treatment.

David Has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Salem State University and an M.S. in Criminal Justice Administration and Planning from Northeastern University.
