Scott Maxham earned his B.S. in physical education from Norwich University in 1995, and completed his M.A. in coaching and athletic administration at Concordia University in Irvine, California.

He worked for 22 years as a K-12 physical educator at West Rutland School in Vermont. During that time, he served as the field experience instructor for Castleton University’s methods courses for physical education. At Norwich, he teaches in both the exercise science and physical education programs, and serves as an academic adviser to all physical education majors.
