Anthony A. Rutkowski holds a PhD from the University of Vermont in microbiology and biochemistry and began teaching at Norwich University in Fall 2009.
His academic experience includes eight years at the University of Vermont and six years as a secondary science teacher for students placed in various alternative school settings within Vermont. He brings a wealth of knowledge and industrial experience as a research and development scientist, with a U.S. patent awarded for his research on the bioremediation of PCBs. Rutkowski, PhD, has written professional articles on numerous topics, including food/plant microbiology, ultrapure water research, and water/soil pollution.
