James Rogler began at Norwich as an adjunct professor, teaching several business courses, and now carries a full schedule in the School of Business.
Rogler has a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and public health from Wagner College, a Master of Business Administration in hospital administration, and a Master of Business Administration in business management and marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Rogler completed a career in telecommunications before coming to Norwich. He was responsible for the total operations of 22 independent telephone companies in five states generating more than $70 million of revenue a year. Responsibilities included managing more than 100 employees.
Before that, he worked in sales management for Ben & Jerry’s, was the health care market manager for a major consumer products company, and managed a corporate microbiology laboratory. He brings over 35 years of business experience in marketing, sales, operations and financial management.
