Norwich University Corps of Cadets follows the Army Basic Training Physical Fitness Test (PFT), a three-event physical performance test used to assess endurance. It is used to measure a your physical strenghs, abilities, and cardio-respiratory fitness.

It is recommended that you start your training as soon as you can before arriving to Norwich University for Rook week. Being in the top physical and mental shape will help enhance your experience and lead your fellow rooks together as a team.
