The Norwich University student health insurance plan provides coverage for illnesses and injuries that occur on and off campus and includes special cost-saving features to keep the coverage as affordable as possible. Norwich University requires that every full-time undergraduate student have medical insurance coverage — either a personal policy or the one offered above.

For more information about the plan, preferred provider listings, or claims processing, please visit gallagherstudent.com/Norwich for insurance information. To Enroll or Waive in the plan, follow these instructions:

1. Visit norwich.edu and login with your Norwich username and password. You will be directed to the MyApps page where you will see several different icons.
2. Next please locate the Student Health Insurance icon and double click on it. You will now be redirected to your profile on the Gallagher Student site.
3. Click on either the Enroll or Waive button in the Plan Summary box under the blue heading 2022-2023 Norwich University Student Health Insurance Plan. Follow the instructions to complete the form. If waiving, please have your private insurance ID card available as you will need its information to complete the form.
4. Immediately upon submitting your Online Form you will receive a reference number to verify form receipt. Please save this reference number.  Submission of a waiver form does not mean your waiver has been approved.  Please monitor your school email address for an email from Gallagher with your waiver determination.

Important: Until the Online Waiver Form is submitted and processed, students will remain enrolled in the student insurance plan and the cost of the plan will remain on their student account.
