Youth Leadership Conference® (YLC) is a nationally recognized, Military Order of the World Wars-sponsored program for high school students seeking to improve leadership skills and learn about the U.S. government and civic responsibility. The conference, which takes place on selected weekends during the winter months, encompasses hands-on participation in activities based on the U.S. Constitution, personal finance, the free enterprise system, the U.S. Supreme Court, effective communications, and leadership.

LCW is an intense, weekend program for high school students seeking to gain insight on teamwork, leadership, and effective communications. Students build water-survival skills, and challenge themselves on the climbing wall, the Army Physical Fitness Test, and the rappel tower (weather permitting). Get a crash course on how to apply for college, the federal service academies, ROTC scholarships, and financial aid.
