Leadership Challenge Weekend (LCW) is aimed at students interested in advancing their leadership skills through an intense development program. Students will gain insight on teamwork, leadership skills, and how to identify barriers to communications. These events also teach participants about life at senior military colleges and encourages students to look into applying for Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) scholarships.

It is recommended that the applicant possess a 2.5 GPA or above.

Activities may include training on: the climbing wall, leadership reaction, water survival, the Army physical fitness test, drill and ceremonies, and outdoor activities.

Upcoming Dates:
LCW – November 30 – December 2, 2018
LCW – February 22 – 24, 2019

There is a $100 fee for each participant. The fee will cover all meals, a t-shirt, and certificate for completing the program.
