Norwich University, acting in compliance with the Student Right to Know Act, connects consumers to the data we are required to submit to the Department of Education/National Center for Education Statistics/IPEDS (found on the College Navigator site). Information found on College Navigator will contain the most recent publicaly released enrollment, retention, graduation rates, (and other information) released by the Department of Education on Norwich’s behalf.
Enrollment (Student Body Diversity)
Brief Description: Institutions must make available to current and prospective students information about student body diversity, including the percentage of enrolled, full-time students by gender, race, and type of federal aid received in the fall term.
Brief Description: Retention rates measure the percentage of first-time students who are seeking bachelor’s degrees who return to the institution to continue their studies the following fall.
Brief Description: The overall graduation rates tracks the progress of students who began their studies as full-time, first-time degree-or certificate seeking students to see if they complete a degree or other award such as certificate within 150% of “normal time” for completing the program in which they are enrolled. Students who have already attended another postsecondary institution, or who began their studies on a part-time basis, are not tracked for this rate.
