Phone Services

Student Telephone Service

Each dormitory room has one telephone jack programmed for on-campus calls. Students will be contacted by our student billing company, Netwolves, with a Personal Authorization Code (PAC) necessary for all calls, including toll-free and calls made with a calling card.

For all telephone rates, review the brochure from Netwolves. Norwich does not provide telephones in dormitory rooms.

AT&T University Advantage Program

This university advantage program provides students with a 5 percent discount on their wireless services through AT&T.
Any student with a valid school ID or email address is eligible for the discount regardless if you are a new or current AT&T customer.

Please contact Computer Services at helpdesk@norwich.edu for more information.

Program details and availability is subject to change, unlimited voice plans do not qualify and students must be an authorized user on their family plan to qualify for the discount.
