Academic Assistant - Registrar's Office
Provides customer service to staff, faculty, students, alumni, and outside agencies, including answering the office phone and replying to emails. Works as a member of the Registrar’s Office team to accomplish the business and functions of the office which includes processing academic petitions, major declaration forms, enrollment verifications, grade changes, drops for non-completion of course pre-reqs, never/stopped attending classes, new freshmen registration, and other clerical tasks.
Associates degree in Information Systems or Communications preferred. Computer skills including knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, spreadsheets, pdf files, and databases. An associate's degree is preferred as is general knowledge of higher education.
