Norwich University seeks administrative support for the Army ROTC program which recruits and trains Norwich University cadet candidates for Army careers.
Prepare correspondence, exams and other documents; greet and provide information to callers and visitors; process and monitor expenditures; order supplies, equipment and printing services; handle incoming and outgoing mail; maintain records, preparation of a variety of standard forms and documents. Recruit, train, and supervise work study students.
High school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred with two years of relevant office experience including:
• excellent computer skills with standard office hardware and software,
• account and budget maintenance,
• outstanding attention to detail with all administrative skills,
• willingness to learn and take initiative,
• must possess excellent customer service skills,
• able to multi-task and adjust priorities according to customer needs,
• strong communication skills are essential.
Prior military experience preferred.
