Master of Science in Leadership - Adjunct Faculty
The Norwich University College of Graduate and Continuing Studies seeks part-time adjunct faculty for our online Master of Science in Leadership (MSL) program. Experience in online instruction can be beneficial but is not required. Experience with adult learning is preferred. Candidates should have expertise and professional experience in any one or more of the following areas: leadership fundamentals, emotional intelligence, leading change, strategic communications and information leadership, strategic organizational behavior, and developing learning organizations.
1. Must have a terminal degree in Leadership, Organizational Leadership, or a related field and leadership experience.
2. Candidates are sought with the ability to tie theory to our students’ real-world of work using personal experience.
3. Candidates are sought with the ability to demonstrate an engaging, student-focused demeanor in all communication, especially in written correspondence/interaction.
Faculty duties can be performed from any location; faculty members are not required to be present on our Vermont campus.
