Associate/ Sr. Assistant Director Admissions

Description:

Dynamic individual to join our admissions team in recruiting student for Norwich University, a diverse academic institution and America’s first Private Military College. Contact and cultivate prospective students and applicants by telephone, mail, email and at college fairs; interview and counsel prospective students and families; manage and evaluate admissions applications. Recruitment travel in designated geographic areas and support campus visits and orientation. Assist in the development of communication and marketing strategies as well as create a marketing/communications plan for specified academic areas.


Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree and preferred 2-3 years of Admissions/Recruitment experience. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and oral), presentation experience, sales/marketing skills, supervisory skills, and ability to be a member of a team. Energetic, flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends. Military experience, military school experience or ROTC experience a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.
