The Assistant Controller provides assistance in regard to accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. This is a full-time position. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing assistance in:
• Preparing federal and state tax and information reports.
• Budget analysis and reporting.
• Accounting and billing for sponsored research projects.
• Preparing annual audit worksheets.
• Accounting and budgeting assistance to campus departments.
• Accounting support for annuity contracts;
• Maintaining the chart of accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Associate’s degree with five year’s experience. Attention to detail and good customer services skills a must. Banner experience preferred.
