Associate Director of Financial Aid for Online Programs - Internal Candidates Only

Description:

Norwich University is seeking to fill the position of Associate Director of Financial Aid for Online Programs. This position reports to the Director of Financial Aid and is responsible for awarding and processing aid for all of the online programs offered by Norwich University. The ideal candidate will have at least three years progressive experience working in a financial aid and/or Admissions Office and possess a firm understanding of the rules and regulations that govern financial aid. It is essential that this person have a strong background in customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and it is helpful to have experience using Banner, Powerfaids, and OnBase and proficient in working with social media. Prior supervisory experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is required.
