Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and prior college playing or coaching experience is preferred. Must have good organization and communication skills, and the ability to establish positive working relationships with alumni, parents, faculty and staff.

Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach/Assistant Football Coach

Description:

Norwich University, an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Pilgrim Lacrosse league and Empire 8 Football Conference has an immediate opening for a Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach/Assistant Football Coach. This is a 12-month, full-time position, reporting to the Director of Athletics. Applicants must have successful lacrosse coaching and playing experience at the collegiate level and demonstrate the ability to organize and implement a collegiate lacrosse program. This individual must also have experience coaching football. Responsibilities include recruitment and retention of qualified student athletes, practice and game management, organization of fundraising activities in conjunction with the athletic booster club, academic monitoring of student athletes and development of alumni and community relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and previous lacrosse and football coaching experience. Preference will be given to those candidates who have a Master’s degree and those having collegiate lacrosse coaching experience. Additionally, an understanding of, and commitment to, NCAA rules and regulations is required.
