Head Women’s Basketball Coach
Description:
Immediate opening to assume leadership of the successful Division III women’s basketball program at Norwich University. This full-time, 12-month position reports to the director of athletics. Responsibilities include practice and game management, recruitment and retention of qualified student athletes, academic monitoring of student athletes, development of alumni and community relations, fundraising in conjunction with the athletic booster club, and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and successful collegiate basketball coaching and playing experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a master’s degree and those having collegiate women’s basketball coaching experience. Additionally, an understanding of, and commitment to, NCAA rules and regulations is required.
