Scott L. Page, PhD, joined the Norwich faculty in 1999 and has served as the chair of the Department of Biology from 2009-2015 and from 2016-present.

He earned his BS in health science at Grand Valley State University and a PhD in anatomy and cell biology from the Wayne State University School of Medicine, where he researched the molecular phylogeny of catarrhine and hominoid primates. His interests include the genetics and phylogenetics of craniofacial development in primates, primate phylogeny, and science in society. He currently teaches Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, Genetics, Evolution, Embryology, Introduction to Science and Scientific Terminology, and Neuroanatomy.
