Meet Our Team

  • Kathryn Provost

Kathryn has 20 years of career coaching experience and loves working with Norwich students and alumni! Prior to becoming the director of the CIC, she worked as the assistant director of the NU Alumni Office, where she was able to develop a lot of wonderful alumni contacts who come in very handy in her current role as director! In her free time, Kathryn loves to ski, having done so at nearly 40 different areas in North America, including everywhere from Whistler-Blackcomb to the old NU ski hill! She also likes to travel, read, and spend time with her family and friends.
  • Meghan Oliver, M.Ed.
    Associate Director

Certifications: Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner, Certificate in Business Coaching (Coachville)

“Change is inevitable and it is my jam! Allow me to be a part of your evolution and stand with you in your "ah-ha" moments.” Meghan brings 18+ years of career coaching experience and a true passion for empowering her clients to realize their values, assets, motivations, strategies, and goals. Her ability to work across a wide variety of industries and occupations allows her to provide useful resources and insight to her clients. She received her bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned her master’s degree in Education and Career Counseling from the University of Vermont. Some of Meghan’s niche areas include the Action Sports and Outdoor Sports industries. She says that watching the light bulb go off is one of the biggest reasons she loves her work! In Meghan’s “down” time you will find her in the mountains splitboarding in the Vermont backcountry, riding singletrack on her mountain bike or climbing.
  • Jim Graves
    Internship Coordinator

You and your employer can sign up for the upcoming career fairs and information sessions at Norwich. Find your next employee and interview right on the spot of how unique Norwich students are and how they can be a good fit for your organization.
  • Sherri Campbell
    Office Manager

As the only “true” Vermonter on the team, Sherri is the heart and soul of our office. She has been supporting the CIC for 15 years and serves as both our right and left hands! As the office guru she is the “go to” for scheduling, budgeting, online platform administration, career fair coordination and so much more! She earned her associate’s degree from Champlain College.

When she is not putting out office fires she is out in nature taking beautiful photos, cruising the backroads of Vermont on the back of her husband’s Harley, snow shoeing or spending time with family and friends.
