Residence Life

Residence Life is committed to making campus living a great experience for civilian students at Norwich University.

The staff of the Residence Life Department includes two professional staff members; a director and an area coordinator (who lives on campus). The Residence Life student staff is composed of three resident coordinators, called RCs, two assistant resident coordinators (ARCs) and 15 resident advisors (RAs).

This team performs many different responsibilities, such as:

• Providing a safe and peaceful environment in the halls
• Encouraging student participation and civility through community building
• Adhering by example to the Honor Code and guiding values of Norwich
• Assisting residents with roommate and housing issues

The Residence Life Department also facilitates programs to promote academic, social and community-service interaction.
