Congratulations on choosing NU for your undergraduate education and college experience! Soon you will be introduced to many new people, experiences, and a new community. To help you with this transition, we have put together a few words of advice. The information provided for you includes Rook Training and Orientation information. We encourage you to take advantage of it and start with this:

First, relax. Right now you may be nervous about going to a new place, living away from home, making new friends and wondering what to expect from the Rook experience. Take it from those who have been there: everything will come together; just be yourself.

Second, gather information. We have provided information to ease your transition into the NU community. Encourage your parent/guardian to read the Parent Information.
