Dean of Students
Welcome to Norwich University with its rich history. As a member of our diverse community, you will be able to enjoy a wide range of excellent academic programs, social and cultural events, support services, as well as many leadership opportunities. Norwich University students believe in getting involved on and off campus through a variety of clubs/organizations and community services. I encourage you to experience your college education as a full participant. So, get involved!
We expect a lot of you as you do of yourself. Membership in any community involves both privileges and responsibilities. The contents of the Student Handbook will provide you not only a wealth of important information regarding campus life and the services available but also sections entitled, University Policies, Disciplinary Process and Student Rights. These sections of the Student Handbook describe the community standards and policies that exist at Norwich University. All members of the University are expected to know and abide by these standards and policies. We strive to learn from one another in an education community that holds mutual respect for individuals and community in high regard.
Again, I welcome you into the Norwich University family and I wish you the best possible experience.
Martha Mathis, Dean of Students
