Corps of Cadets
Training and lifestyle

The Corps of Cadets engages young men and women in challenging leadership positions and rigorous character development situations that evolve as they progress through a four-year university experience.

Each year builds upon the skills and experience of the previous year as a cadet rises in position and responsibility within the regiment. This progressive model prepares Norwich cadets to become superb leaders in both the Armed Forces and civilian career fields.

The cadet lifestyle is structured, organized and disciplined. You will be challenged physically, mentally and, at times, emotionally on a daily basis. The Corps will bring about personal growth and inspire you to achieve your best. You will rise before sunrise for physical training, take classes that test your intellect and learn to manage time efficiently.

In the end, your experiences, training and accomplishments will distinguish you as a leader borne of the Norwich University Corps of Cadets.

Expect Challenge. Achieve Distinction.
