Army ROTC Scholarships

Army ROTC Scholarships are awarded based on a student’s merit and grades, rather than financial need. Amounts vary. At Norwich, students may qualify for the following:

  • 4 Year, which includes full room and board (renewable with 2.75 GPA)
  • 3 Year Advance Designee, which includes full room and board (renewable with 2.75 GPA)
  • 3 Year On-Campus, which includes full room and board, effective sophomore year (renewable with 2.75 GPA)
  • 2 Year On-Campus, which includes full room and board, effective junior year (renewable with 2.75 GPA)

Monthly Living Allowance

Army ROTC scholarships also provide monthly living allowances during the school year. Amounts earned depend upon your level in the Army ROTC curriculum:

  • 1st year: $250 per month
  • 2nd year: $300 per month
  • 3rd year: $350 per month
  • 4th year: $400 per month

This allowance is also available to all non-scholarship Cadets enrolled in the Army ROTC Advanced Course (3rd and 4th year).
