Question of the Month:
Around the world, at the end of October and the beginning of November, people observe Halloween, All Soul's Day, and the Day of the Dead. Although these observances draw upon different cultural and religious traditions, all somehow involve the spirits, ghosts or souls of those no longer living. While you were a student (or staff or faculty member) at Norwich, did you ever have a personal encounter with what appeared to be a spirit from the past? Or, did you ever see or hear anything that you could not explain within the realm of what could be considered "normal" experience? In other words, do you have a good ghost story to tell? When responding, please include your full name and class year. Anonymous submissions will not be published.
Please send your reply to pubrel@norwich.edu.
We had several responses to last month's question: What could Norwich do to better prepare its current and future students to be useful citizens? |
