You don’t have to be enrolled in college to start exploring your leadership potential.
Future Leader Camp (FLC) is a two-week summer program dedicated to developing the leadership skills of high school students. FLC provides participants with a challenging and meaningful adventure camp experience while building an understanding of small-group leadership techniques, leadership ethics, teamwork, problem-solving and effective communication.
Conducted four times each year, Youth Leadership Conference Weekends (YLCW) are programs aimed at students interested in advancing their leadership skills through an intense development program. Since 1997, students have gained insight on leadership skills, barriers to communications and teamwork. YLCW also teaches participants about life at senior military colleges and encourages students to look into applying for Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) scholarships.
