Norwich University Transcripts of Academic Record
A transcript is an exact copy of a student’s complete, permanent academic record at the time it is issued. Transcripts covering a student's secondary and previous college education which have been submitted to Norwich University become part of the Registrar’s official file. Norwich does not reissue or certify copies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts must be ordered directly from the institution where the course work was taken.
An official Norwich University transcript is a complete record of a student’s academic work at the University. These transcripts carry the signature of the University Registrar, the date of issue, and the seal of the University.
Transcripts will not be issued for those people who are indebted to the University.
Transcripts can be ordered via the Internet 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse by using the link provided below. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Status updates of your order will be emailed to you as your order is processed. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number. There is a processing fee of $2.25 for this service in addition to the transcript fee charges.
Your signed consent is required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can return via fax, mail or as a scanned email attachment.
You can request a transcript directly from Norwich University by completing the transcript request form and mailing or faxing it to the address listed below. Please note there are no order status updates with this option and therefore no additional processing fee.

We may not accept telephone or email requests for transcripts due to Federal regulations that require your signature in order to release academic information.
Transcript requests will normally be processed within two (2) working days; however, a longer period of time may be required for processing at the end of each semester.
When making a request, please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Full name while a student, if different from above
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Date of last attendance
- Exact mailing address (including Zip code) where transcript is to be sent
- Daytime phone number where we can reach you, should we have a question
- Transcript fee (per copy): $4.00
- Transcripts sent out by fax: $7.00
- USPS Express mail service: $19.95 plus transcript fee
- USPS Priority mail service: $5.60 plus transcript fee
Checks should be made payable to Norwich University. MasterCard, VISA, and Discover credit cards may be used by including the card type, account number, and expiration date.
