Textbooks and Learning Resources

The Resource Fee includes the cost of all textbooks, online learning resources, and access to the University’s Kreitzberg Library databases. Textbooks will be shipped to you upon receipt of your advanced tuition payment.

Billing and Payment Process

In order to secure your seat in the admission date of your choice, the tuition and fees for the quarter are due to the University no later than one week before classes begin.

If your VA or other military benefits will pay your bill directly to the University, you only need to indicate this on the bill and return it to us. If your VA or military benefits are payable directly to you and not to the University, you will need to make suitable arrangements with the University Bursar to settle your account before classes begin.

Once admitted to the program, you may pay your remaining balance by check or by credit card using our secure online system.

Advanced Tuition Payment

At the time of acceptance, students are required to pay a $250 registration deposit to secure a seat in their first course. The registration deposit is 100-percent refundable if the student exercises the cancelation privilege within three (3) business days of acceptance. Once the three-day cancellation period has expired, if a student chooses to cancel his or her registration in the program, the registration deposit of $250 less the actual cost of non-returnable learning materials already provided to the student, will be returned. The registration deposit of $250 is applied toward the first semester’s tuition for all enrolled students.

Students using third party benefits (e.g., VA, TA, employer pay, etc) paid directly to the university are required to pay the registration deposit at the time of acceptance. When all third payments have been received and tuition has been paid in full, the registration deposit will be refunded to the student.

Once you are enrolled, this advanced payment will be deducted from your tuition bill. Students using third-party benefits (e.g., VA, TA, employer pay, etc.) paid directly to the university are required to pay the registration deposit at the time of acceptance. When all third-party payments have been received and tuition has been paid in full, the registration deposit will be refunded to the student.

In the absence of this advanced payment, your books, online classroom access, and new student orientation cannot be released to you.
