In order to take advantage of negotiated rates and coverages all rental car
reservations must be made through Milne Travel.
Rental car reservations must NOT be made directly through the rental car agency
other than local (Central Vermont) rentals which can be made directly with Enterprise.

Employees must use the primary preferred rental car agency when traveling on University business.
The University has made provisions for insuring rental cars against damage. Therefore, travelers should decline all insurance coverage.
Travelers should accept all insurance coverage when renting cars in a foreign country.
If auto reservations need to be canceled, travelers must contact Milne Travel. Travelers should request and record the cancellation number in case of billing disputes.
